My diabetes was not under control. When I started consulting Dr. Rohan Patel my Hb1Ac was 11.3. He first gave me medicines to bring down the sugar levels to 9.5 within 2 months. Then he suggested me to start low carb diet to bring the level further down. On 30th Sep my Hb1Ac was 6.2.
